Damages or Lost: For damaged items, please notify me ASAP. A claim will be filed, and if cleared by the shipping company, a refund will be issued ASAP. Claims take 3-7 weeks to clear so please be patient. In the event of a loss, items will be handled on a case to case basis.

International and buyers outside contiguous 48 states: Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, or international buyers must contact me for a shipping quote. If USPS priority post is desired (1-2 weeks), additional funds will be incurred.
