Still, Pouya has emerged as a leader, crafting a Méthode Champenoise rosé that is exceptional from every angle and promises incredible aging potential.
This vintage, made from 100% Grenache from organically farmed, dry-farmed vines planted in 1969, is a testament to the evolving quality of Mexican sparkling wine.

- Producer: Pouya Winemaker: Fernanda Parra (Mexican, residing in Valle de Guadalupe)
- Vineyards: Valle de Guadalupe – Olegario Sandoval vineyard planted in 1969. This dry-farmed, organically managed site features very sandy soils at an elevation of 1,100 ft, approximately 15 miles from the Pacific Ocean.
- Winemaking: The base wine was aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle (Méthode Champenoise), and the wines were aged for an additional 9 months on their lees before disgorging.
