This Pizza Prep station features a pan rail with a temperature range of 33 – 41?F and comes equipped with a sturdy stainless steel cover. It includes a 19-1/2 inch deep cutting board, one door, and six drawers, capable of holding two 12 x 20 x 8-inch deep pans (not included). The design incorporates two PVC-coated adjustable wire shelves and comes with fifteen 1/3 size clear polycarbonate insert pans on top. The front, top, and sides are constructed from stainless steel, while the interior is aluminum with a stainless steel floor. Mobility is facilitated by 5-inch castors, and the unit is designed for front breathing. It utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and features a 3/4 HP compressor, operating at 115v/60/1-ph with a 7.1 amp rating.
