The stock pot is constructed from 14-gauge stainless steel and designed with a 60-quart capacity, making it ideal for heavy-duty usage in restaurant and commercial applications.

The bottom of the pot is designed with increased thickness to allow for heat to be evenly distributed across the surface and in the pot. As a result, this increases the cooking efficiency of the heating element to promote less energy use while allowing for foods and liquids to be cooked evenly throughout.

The stock pot also comes with large, hollow handles riveted to the sides for heavy, repetitive use. The hollow handles stay cool to keep users safe when moving the pot after cooking from one place to another.
