Returns / Exchange:
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not happy with your decision, fret no more as we offer a hassle free, no quibbles 30 days returns, starting from the day you receive the product. We do not charge any Re-stocking fee for items sent for refunds.

· Every returned item(s) must be in their original state accompanied by the original packaging, certificates and other materialist was supplied with.
·   Security tags if broken will disqualify any item from refunds.
·   Any item that is found , tampered, altered from its original state will disqualify from refunds.
·   Eternity Rings (Both Half & Full) are not eligible for returns.
·   Stud Earrings are also not eligible for returns and refunds as we strictly observe health & safety laws.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed only once the product is returned and received at our premises and the refunds may take up to 2-3 working days to process after the receipt of items.
