Ring resizing all ring size available
1) metal change (silver/10k gold / 14k gold /18k gold)
2) metal color change (white/yellow/rose/black)
3) color stones change (white topaz, blue sapphire, etc)
4) engraving (name or any message – no of characters subject to size of jewelry)

Payment policy
– we accept payment via Payoneer Only
– you can even pay through major credit cards via Payoneer as a Guest
– please sent the payment to us within 3 days after buying
Shipping policy
– we will ship all items within 5-10 business days of purchase during the work week (m-f) excluding holidays. If you order on friday, your order will be shipped the following business day.
– tracking will be provided when it becomes available.
– domestic delivery may take up to 2 week. It all depends on the local office. Once the order leaves our location, we have no control over delivery times.
– we will only ship to a paypal verified address. Please make sure your address is current and correct. If the information does not match, your order may be canceled.
– buyers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes for your respective countries.
– delivery time for international shipping will vary.
Return policy
– returns are accepted.
– buyer must contact us within 30 days after the item is received.
– item must be returned in unworn and resalable condition.
– we will only issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees. If we are at fault, we will provide a full refund.
– if a buyer wants to return the product for his/her personal reason (without any valid reason of items received in damaged condition or it is defective) the return shipping charges will be borne by buyer.
