This is a Tecumseh flywheel, part # 611091. It has a ring gear to allow for use of an electric starter. This is often to add an electric start setup to a generator. It’s in nice shape with excellent gear teeth. This style flywheel has external magnets, and is not compatible with older, breaker points ignition engines. Check out my eBay store!
