Expected of an exceptional Riesling, a nose of petrol, green apple, and white flowers transitions over to notes of yellow plum, mint, honey, and apricots with some oxygenation. The palate is driven by citrus, mostly lemon, rounded out by light spice notes and a racy acidity.
Weingut Hermann Moser is run by Martin and his wife Carmen Moser, the 26th generation of the family producing wine from the family vineyards. The estate is nearly 400 years old and is located in the village of Rohrendorf in the Kremstal region in Austria.
