This medium-bodied white is lightly aromatic with citrus and stone fruits, blossoms, and a slight toasty quality from extended lees aging. The spice and balsalm hints are accented by the very light use of oak. Though made with minimal intervention, it’s a well-balanced.
On the nose, aromas of ripe lemon, green apricots, grapefruit and blood oranges stand out. The aeration of the wine provides an iodized mineral veil that closes the fruit set.
