The umami and sweetness born from Yamada Nishiki rice. This high-class Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 40%.
It has a gorgeous, elegant aroma and a soft mouthfeel. It is characterized by a gorgeous and elegant fruity aroma and a light yet soft and full-bodied flavor.
Ayu Masamune Junmai Ginjo Silver Label (U.P. $71)
A gentle fragrance and a careful balance of umami, tartness, sweetness and bitterness, creating a clean flavour that goes very well with meat dishes.
How to Subscribe?
- This is a Recurring 3-month subscription where you will receive a different discovery box every Second Friday of every month (subject to shipment delay/changes)

At $378, you will receive 2 bottles each month, specially picked out by our team:
- x01 Premium Daiginjo /Junmai Daiginjo
- x01 Premium Sake (Junmai grade and up)
- The cut-off date for this month’s sake is on the 8th June 2025, Sunday
- Any orders after the cut off date will start next month. E.g. Any orders placed after 8th June 2025 will be considered as purchase for July, August and September 2025 Discovery Box
- The Billing Cycle is every 3 months on the 1st
- Billing Scenario A: Subscribe on the 8th June 2025 = Receive July, August and September. Next billing is 1st October = Receive October, November & December Box
- Billing Scenario B: Subscribe on 5th June 2025 (before cut-off) = Receive June, July and August Box. Next billing is 1st September = Receive September, October and November Box
- If there is a cancellation within the 3 months, no refund will be given. We will still send the remaining boxes until your subscription ends. E.g. Ordered on 27th August = Receives September Box. Cancel in October = We will still send for October and November
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account. The promotional price will be valid till the end of your subscription. Any new subscriptions made thereafter will be subjected to the price stated on our website
