ABOUT THIS WINE
ABOUT THIS PRODUCER
Established in 1798 by Louis-Alexandre Faure, Domaine Chaboud-Cellier boasts a rich history intertwined with the evolution of Saint-Péray wines. The estate is renowned for its pioneering role in sparkling wine production in the region. In 2020, the sixth-generation vintner, Stéphan Chaboud, partnered with oenologist Charlène Cellier to infuse new energy into the 13-hectare vineyard. Their collaboration emphasizes a deep respect for tradition while embracing modern viticultural practices. The vineyards, comprising primarily old vines planted on limestone and granite soils, benefit from excellent climatic conditions, allowing the duo to craft wines that truly express the character of their terroir.
