Our 2022 Flores Reserva Chardonnay glimmers brilliantly in the glass with light straw hues, hinting at the tropical nose of pineapple and banana. The palate is balanced with toasted notes of hazelnut and almond that give way to a long, creamy finish.
This medium-bodied white hails from Chile’s famed Central Valley. Cooling breezes travel down into the valley from Andean peaks to temper constant rays of sunshine, providing an idyllic climate for white grapes. The Cremaschi Furlotti family that cultivated this Chard recently celebrated over 130 years of winemaking history. The family has taken it upon themselves to spread sustainability standards throughout the Central Valley, becoming one of the first wineries to earn Sustainable Certification in all of Chile.
A buttery Chardonnay like this Flores Reserva can bring out the best in fatty shellfish dishes like clam chowder, crab leg, and mussels.
