Silver Mountain Water by Creed is an Aromatic fragrance for men. Inspired by Olivier Creed’s fondness for skiing, Silver Mountain Water was designed to evoke the sparkling high-mountain streams of water in the Swiss Alps.

The white bottle capped with a silver cap resembles a snow-topped mountain with a glistening silver stream.

The fragrance opens with bergamot and mandarin, followed by a heart featuring green tea and black currant. The base is composed of Galbanum, musk, sandalwood and petit grain.

The best perfume storage is completely dark, cool and low humidity. We have had this exact perfume storage; going back to 2015!  

It is not good for them to be in a retail store environment with fluorescent light! Even sealed in their original boxes, even if the boxes are black most stores DO NOT store their perfume properly. At all. They just hope to sell it within a year.    

Disclaimers/ things to know about Creed before buying  

All the pictures are ours and you will receive exactly what you see, though not the one we pictured! Meaning, we have stock of these and we don’t take a new picture each time one sells. Why the QR code is Sharpied over, messed up etc. This is from our suppliers, it comes that way. If in the pictures it is a Sharpie marker, if it is a sealed item the mark is just on the outside cellophane. If it is scraped off, then that would look the same with the cello off unfortunately.  

Creed is well known to be one of the worst for quality control, see batches next section. But it also pops up in things like the boxes, cello wrapping. The boxes are super cheap, cheapest you can get for a perfume that retails for $400. They often don’t have 4 perfectly crisp corners, and the cello is often weakly sealed. Sometimes the sticker on the bottle is not perfectly straight or has a bubble in it (usually correctable). The batch number on the bottom of the bottle can be printed or laser, and in different places. This can all be referenced online, we don’t buy from just 1 supplier but a few in France it is quality control all from Creed itself. Just be aware if you are newer to Creed!   

BATCHES 

We do not offer batch advice- we don’t know the differences in batches except some generalities. It’s not something we would devote many hours each week to, one fragrance. Batch numbers start with the year, like 19, 20, 21 etc. Then a letter, in chronological order A before B before C etc. So A,B,C batches are toward the beginning of the year, X,Y,Z the end. Then ending in two numbers, typically 01, 11, 21, but sometimes others.  

In general, Creed is shipped to market too fast- so it isn’t as strong as it could be. Especially common with Aventus but with most Creed just let it breathe a bit…. Once the bottle has been sprayed it tends to smell stronger a week or two after!

We started way back in 2014 selling Creed and splits, Aventus is still what the owner of Finescents wears daily! Incorporated in 2015 and trademarked in 2016, we continue to expand to new offerings but always keeping our grounded midwestern ethics. We don’t lie or push or hype market in any capacity!  

Everything we sell is kept in light, temp, and humidity-controlled environment. We ALWAYS ship in new boxes, often in a padded mailer but there is a new box inside it. Double the protection!  After the sale, the packaging is the first thing the customer sees, and we take great pride in packing and timely shipping. We often beat the Ebay estimated delivery time, but we cannot promise it.

We strive to do the extra when something does go wrong. It’s easy the 99.9% of time when things go smoothly, where we really shine as a company and why we have been around so long is we go the extra mile when there is an issue!
