Your new watch will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for, faster delivery services are available at an extra cost. We aim to dispatch within 24hrs of purchase however dispatch over weekends and bank holidays may be delayed. This item is also listed with eBays global shipping program and can be shipped to all eligible countries at an extra cost.
Returns
Please buy with confidence if you are not 100% HAPPY with your new watch you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. We just ask that the watch is returned in the same condition it was sent with gift box and all contents.
Warranty Terms and Conditions
UK buyers are entitled to a two year seller’s warranty. Warranty only covers mechanical faults that have come about through no fault of the buyer. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches or cracks to glass face, damage to straps, bracelets, buckles or clasps, damage caused by general wear and tear, battery replacement and water damage. We are unable to repair watches so if a fault occurs that is covered by the warranty we will endeavour to replace the watch with an identical model in the first instance if this is not possible we will offer a watch of similar style, value and brand. Finally if a suitable replacement cannot be agreed upon a refund will be issued. Return postage is covered by the buyer we advised that watches are returned using a tracked service. Unfortunately we are unable to offer seller warranty to international buyers due to shipping costs.
