Description
To provide durability, the Crown Steam GLTS-40 braising pan is finished with stainless steel, which can be wiped clean. Further facilitating cleaning, the interior corners are coved to avoid trapping debris and bacteria. For even heating, the cooking surface has an aluminum core. For smooth operation, this unit tilts using an electronic mechanism with a ball drive actuator, and if it's tilted more than 5 degrees during use, it will shut off.
