All the products offered by The Luxury Boutique are 100% authentic and original products.  We buy direct from the manufacturer or an authorized distributor.  We fully stand behind the authenticity of all products we offer.
All of our products are in the same condition as we received from the manufacturer unless noted in the listing.  Shoe box condition may have minor damage from storage and/or shipment.  Any significant damage will be fully disclosed within the listing.
For any order change requests, such as changing the size, color, or ship to address, then we will cancel the order for a refund.  We will request the buyer re-purchase the item with the corrected information.
We do not mark orders as “gifts” to lower their value.
Included in each order will be a packing slip with information about the order.  Pricing is not shown on the packing slip.
All orders are subject to product availability.  If an item is not in stock when the order is placed, then our Customer Service staff will notify the buyer and submit a full refund back to the original payment method.

Payment and Address
All orders are shipped to the address that was confirmed when the order was placed.  For security purposes, we do not accept any address changes that were not verified by eBay at the time of the order.
Items will not ship until payment has been confirmed by eBay.

Shipping
Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days after placing the order.  If ordered on the weekend, then the order will ship on the 1st business day.   The tracking information will be updated in the order once the shipment has been prepared.
We only ship to eBay confirmed addresses.  We do not accept any changes once payment has been confirmed.  To change shipping addresses we would simply cancel the order for a full refund and have the buyer re-purchase using the updated and eBay confirmed changes.
We ship by UPS or USPS.
For orders that are higher in value, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.  This is to help ensure an order is properly received.
For all international orders we use eBay’s Global Shipping Program.  Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges, but they are shown separately.  These charges are handled by eBay and we have no control or input on them.  Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to the purchase.  We do not control these costs and all inquiries concerning them will be directed to eBay’s customer service.
We strongly encourage that your shipment and delivery date be closely monitored.

Returns
We offer returns only; we do not accept exchanges.
For applicable items, returns are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the order.
Some items are not returnable and will be stated in the returns section.
All returned items must be in their original condition including packaging as it was received.  All parts and accessories must be intact.  This includes items such as the manufacturer shoe box, product tags, product bags or any items used to protect the item.  Returns will be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
Returns showing use, wear, alteration, or any sign that it is not in the original condition will be subject to our rejection of the return.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For returns, please place the item in a shipping container and treat the item with respect.  The manufacturer shoe box is not a shipping container and will not accept the return.  Please include a copy of your return request or packing list to help expedite the return.
We do not accept international returns.
If any item is defective upon receiving the order or does not function, then please start a return, and contact us via message the eBay for return support.
