Kleinfeld made in the USA. Can be a skirt with the top of your choice or an overskirt with a ribbon to cinch-in and sash to cover up the loops at waist. One size fits most as it has loops at waist and you provide your own ribbon to cinch in. Dress underneath,bolero,sash and cinch in are not included – skirt only. Skirt measures 42″ around at waist and has lots of loops so you would purchase ribbon and cinch it in, a top of your choice or use as an overskirt, and a sash to cover the loops. I love the design as it is short in front 36″ and back is 58″ in length from waist.
