Pre-loved items:
All items come from a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
All items are free from holes, stains, rips, tears or any other blemishes unless otherwise noted under “conditions” immediately under the title as well as in the actual listing itself.
All items are machine washed, hand-washed or dry cleaned prior to listing.
Vintage Items:
When purchasing vintage clothing, please be aware of sizing. Vintage sizing is NOT the same as today’s sizing! Measurements will always be listed in the description and please feel free to message for any further detail.
If an item is listed as EVC (Excellent Vintage Condition), this means that for a vintage piece, it is in excellent condition.
As for all items, if an item has any condition issues, it will be listed in the “condition” box and again in the main “listing”.
Measurements:
All garments will be laid flat and measured. If you are concerned if an article of clothing will fit, lay one of your personal pieces of clothing down and measure it while laying flat to compare the two measurements.
Breakables:
When ordering breakables, please be aware that they are shipped out and packaged with the best of packing materials as well as the best option of boxing available. However, after they leave this place of business, we have no control what happens! If you receive a broken item – just contact us! Please do not leave negative feedback before you contact us!
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 30 days.
Please, before purchasing clothing, be sure to check for measurements! You are more than welcome to message us for additional measurements or further questions about a garment if you’d like – we have an extremely quick response time! Again (as mentioned above), remember when ordering that vintage sizing is different than today’s sizing!
When returning an item the same item must be returned in the same condition.
